Little Faith is HIRING: Position - General Manager
Calling all craft beer enthusiasts and hospitality experts! As our much-loved GM Chris makes his big move to the North, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to replace him and lead the team at our craft beer bar Little Faith in Deptford, London SE8.
Little Faith launched in 2018 as a Taproom for the beer brand of the same name. Since then we’ve brewed 24 of our own beers, opened a second bar and kitchen on our Deptford site, appeared at the London Craft Beer festival, been Time Out’s bar of the week and maintained a 4.8/5 Google rating.
As the leader of our tight-knit team, you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face. You'll have the chance to share your love of beer with others and help create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for all.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for all things beer. In particular:
- At least two years’ experience in a managerial position in a craft-beer-focused bar or pub.
- Must love beer and have a good knowledge of beer styles and breweries.
- Outstanding communication skills with customers and colleagues, and be infectiously positive and enthusiastic.
- Personal license holder.
